I met Kathryn as an Operator/Scheduler in 2007 and she trained me as a new hire. She created the training program as well as several other processes in the department. Detail-oriented and efficient, she has been able to form policies and procedures for her department as well as helping other departments with theirs. She is creative and resolves issues with superior solutions because she is able to think outside the box. Many customized solutions have been created for clients based on her visions of what TelSpan can offer.

Kathryn is now a respected and valued manager at TelSpan. Her management methods are fair and flexible and she takes pride in developing her employees. By empowering her department, she has achieved higher productivity from her staff than any other department as well as recognition from her peers. Her leadership skills are unsurpassed.

Finishing projects accurately and prior to deadline is always a priority for her. She is able to multi-task and handle many assignments simultaneously. She is always encouraging, positive, and ready to assist all clients, internal and external. Kathryn's sense of humor and overall personality allow her employees and those in other departments to feel comfortable talking with her and she is looked to by many as a mentor.

I highly recommend Kathryn, as she would be an invaluable asset to any company.
